Carreras returns to Espanyol squad after thigh injury absence

[Espanyol](https://riyadaty.com/en/team/espanyol-229) have announced the return of their player [Jofre Carreras](https://riyadaty.com/en/player/jofre-carreras-pag%C3%A8s-6645) to group training after recovering from a thigh injury.

Carreras had been out since 17 October 2026 following his thigh injury, before returning to action again on 24 October 2026, after an absence of 7 days.

Espanyol are preparing to face Racing Santander in matchday 10 of La Liga for the 2026/27 season.

The match will be played at Racing Santander's stadium on 24 October 2026 at 17:15 Saudi time, corresponding to Damascus time.
