Eguíluz returns to Athletic Club squad after injury absence

[Unai Eguíluz](https://riyadaty.com/en/player/unai-egu%C3%ADluz-6240), [Athletic Club](https://riyadaty.com/en/team/athletic-club-217) player, has returned to group training after recovering from a knee injury that had kept him off the pitch.

Eguíluz had been out since 10 October 2026 due to the injury, before the club announced his recovery and return on 17 October 2026, an absence lasting 7 days.

Athletic Club now await a match against Valencia in round 9 of the Spanish league for the 2026/27 season.

The match will be held at Valencia's stadium, kicking off at 22:00 Damascus time.

The match will be broadcast on beIN Sports.
