Matteo Gabbia returns to training with AC Milan after absence due to thigh injury

[AC Milan](https://riyadaty.com/en/team/ac-milan-248) have announced the return of their goalkeeper [Matteo Gabbia](https://riyadaty.com/en/player/matteo-gabbia-7275) to action after recovering from a thigh injury.

Gabbia had been absent from the pitch since 25 October 2026 due to the injury, before announcing his recovery on 28 October 2026, following an absence of 3 days.

Gabbia is set to feature for his team in AC Milan's upcoming match against Bologna, as part of matchday 9 of the 2026/27 Serie A season.

The match is scheduled to be played at AC Milan's home ground, kicking off at 20:30 Saudi time (the same as Damascus time) on 28 October 2026.
