Riccardo Orsolini of Bologna has recovered from a thigh injury and is fit to play again, after a 7-day absence, ahead of his team's clash with Cagliari in Serie A.

Orsolini returns to fitness with Bologna after thigh injury absence

Italian club [Bologna](https://riyadaty.com/en/team/bologna-245) announced the recovery of their player [Riccardo Orsolini](https://riyadaty.com/en/player/riccardo-orsolini-7187) from a thigh injury he sustained, and his full return to the squad.

Orsolini had been out of action since 17 October 2026 due to this injury, before being declared fit again on 24 October 2026, after an absence lasting 7 days.

The player's recovery comes at a suitable time for his team Bologna, who are preparing for an important match in round 8 of Serie A for the 2026/27 season.

This match will bring Bologna together with their hosts Cagliari, and will be held at 16:00 Saudi time (the same as Damascus time) on 24 October.

The match is scheduled to be broadcast on the STARZPLAY channel.
