Account deletion
How to delete your Riyadaty account and the data attached to it. The same account is used on the Riyadaty website and in the Riyadaty app, so deleting it removes both.
Delete your account yourself
In the app: open your profile, tap "Delete account", and confirm with your password — or, if you signed up with Google, Apple or Facebook, by signing in with it again.
On the website: sign in and open the account deletion page. Confirm with your password, by signing in again with Google, Apple or Facebook, or through a link we email you.

The account is deleted immediately and this cannot be undone.
Ask us by email
If you can no longer sign in, write to [email protected] from the address registered on the account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the account is yours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile: name, email address and phone number.
- Everything you published on Riyadaty, with its photos.
- Your saved items and favourites.
- Messages and enquiries you sent or received.
- Your signed-in sessions in the app.
- The link to your Google, Apple or Facebook account. Sign in with Apple access is revoked with Apple.
What we keep
We keep no copy of your profile or content after deletion. Records the law requires us to keep, such as accounting records for paid services, are kept for the period the law sets. Server logs that may contain your IP address are deleted within 90 days.
If you signed in with Facebook
Removing Riyadaty from your Facebook settings and asking for your data to be deleted deletes the account too. Facebook shows you a confirmation code you can check on this site.
