Samsunspor have announced that their player K. Assoumou has returned to training after recovering from a muscle injury.
Assoumou had been absent from the pitch since 18 October 2026 due to the injury, before returning to action on 24 October 2026, with his total absence lasting 6 days.
The player's return comes ahead of his team's upcoming match against Amed in round 9 of the Turkish Super League for the 2026/27 season.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 19:00 Saudi time on 24 October 2026.
