Atlas host Al-Riyadi in the second round of the Lebanese Basketball League

Atlas host their counterparts Al-Riyadi in the second round of the Lebanese Basketball League for the 2026/27 season, on 1 November at 21:30 Saudi and Damascus time.

Atlas enter this match after losing in the first round away to Al-Hekmeh Beirut by a score of 98-109, placing them ninth in the standings with one point from one match played and lost, scoring 98 points and conceding 109.

Al-Riyadi, meanwhile, arrive as guests having not yet played any official match in this season's Lebanese league, sitting in eleventh place with zero points from no matches played.

Despite Al-Riyadi's absence from league matches so far, the team has played a series of friendly or preparatory matches in which it achieved consecutive positive results, most notably a win over Al-Hekmeh Beirut by 75-67 on its home court on 4 October, a win over Al-Ula by 82-78 on 3 October, as well as a win over Al-Ittihad by 87-76 on 30 September.

Al-Riyadi had also previously defeated the Kuwait national team away from home by 83-82 on 28 September, and achieved a big win over Indian Railways by 104-81 on 26 September.

Through this match, Atlas are seeking their first victory in the tournament after their opening defeat, while Al-Riyadi's fans await their team's official start in the league following the series of positive results achieved in its previous matches.
