Jwaaya FC and Safa top Lebanese Premier League after second round

Matches of the second round of the Lebanese Premier League football season 2026 concluded, with varied results among the participating teams.

Safa beat Shabab Al Sahel 3-0, while Jwaaya FC also won by a clean sweep against Al Hikma with a score of 3-0.

In another match, Tripoli SC overcame Al Akhaa Al Ahli 2-0, while Al Ahed secured a difficult win over Al Mabarrah with a single unanswered goal, 1-0.

The match between Al Nejmeh and Tadamon Sour ended in a positive 3-3 draw, while the match between Reyady Abaseya and Al Ansar was postponed.

With these results, Jwaaya FC tops the standings with 6 points from two wins without a loss, ahead of Safa on goal difference who also hold the same tally, while Al Nejmeh occupies third place with 4 points, followed by Tripoli SC in fourth place also with 4 points.

On the other hand, Al Hikma, Shabab Al Sahel and Al Akhaa Al Ahli are at the bottom of the table without any points after losing their matches in the first and second rounds.
