Ouaissa returns to PSV Eindhoven squad after muscle injury absence
Sami Ouaissa has recovered from a muscle injury that kept him out of PSV Eindhoven's squad for 7 days, returning ahead of the Champions League clash with Porto.
PSV Eindhoven have announced that their player Sami Ouaissa has recovered from a muscle injury and returned to group training in preparation for rejoining the squad.
Ouaissa had been out of action since 13 October 2026 due to the muscle injury, before announcing his readiness to return on 20 October 2026, following an absence lasting 7 days.
PSV Eindhoven are now looking ahead to an anticipated match against Porto in the third round of the league phase of the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League.
The match will be played at Porto's ground, kicking off at 22:00 Saudi Arabia time (the same as Damascus time) on the evening of 20 October 2026.
The beIN SPORTS channel will broadcast the match for fans following the tournament.
