Paris Saint Germain top Ligue 1 after win over Lyon in matchday 8

The match between Marseille and Le Havre saw a major exchange of goals, ending in a 4-3 win for Marseille, while Rennes secured a big win over Strasbourg by 3-0, and Auxerre drew with Le Mans 1-1.
Paris Saint Germain top the table with 17 points from 8 matches, having won 5, drawn 2 and lost 1, scoring 16 goals and conceding 9.
Rennes are in second place with 16 points, followed by Lille in third with 15 points, then Monaco in fourth with the same tally.
On the other hand, Le Havre remain bottom of the table in 18th place with just 2 points after 8 matches, without any wins, preceded by Estac Troyes in 17th place with 5 points, then Strasbourg in 16th place with 7 points.
