Salisbury host Sholing in the first round of the FA Cup

Salisbury will host Sholing on 7 November 2026 at 18:00 Saudi time (Damascus), as the two sides meet in the first round of the 2026 FA Cup season.

Salisbury go into the match on the back of a run of positive results in their last matches, having beaten Eastbourne Borough 3-0 on 17 October 2026, defeated Dulwich Hamlet 5-0 on 3 October 2026, and beaten Taunton Town 4-1 on 19 September 2026. In two earlier matches against Dorking Wanderers, Salisbury drew 1-1 on 27 September 2025 before losing 2-4 on 30 September 2025.

For their part, Sholing come into the match on a run of consecutive wins, having beaten AFC Totton 2-0 on 17 October 2026, defeated Ebbsfleet United 2-1 on 3 October 2026, beaten Tiverton Town 1-0 on 19 September 2026, as well as beating Andover New Street 2-0 on 5 September 2026. Their last defeat was against Eastbourne Borough 1-2 on 27 September 2025.
