Célio Pompeu has recovered from a knee injury that kept him out for 4 days, and has regained his fitness to take part with his team St. Louis City.
St. Louis City have announced the return of their player Célio Pompeu to training and matches after recovering from a knee injury.
Pompeu had been absent from the pitch since 25 October 2026 due to the injury, before announcing his recovery and return to fitness on 29 October 2026, after an absence of 4 days.
Pompeu is expected to be available to play with his team in their upcoming match in round 33 of the 2026 American football league season.
The match brings together St. Louis City and their visitors San Diego, and will be held on 31 October 2026 at 22:00 Saudi time.
The match between the two teams will be broadcast on Apple TV.
