The player had been absent from the pitch since 14 October 2026 due to this injury, before being declared fit again on 20 October 2026, following an absence that lasted 6 days.
Konstantelias's return comes as his team prepare to play an important match in the third round of the league phase of the UEFA Champions League for the 2026/27 season.
Borussia Dortmund will face Azerbaijan's Sabah, who will host the match, at 19:45 Saudi Arabia and Damascus time on 20 October 2026.
