Hat-trick by Malcom leads Al-Jazira to turn deficit against Muharraq into a 4-2 win

Al-Jazira beat visiting Muharraq 4-2 in a match held on 28 October 2026 as part of the third round of the group stage in the AFC Champions League Two, at 19:00 Saudi time.

Muharraq had taken a two-goal lead in the first half through Abdulwahab Al-Malood, who scored in the 3rd and 33rd minutes, before Al-Jazira turned the tables in the second half.

Malcom scored a complete hat-trick for Al-Jazira, the first from a penalty kick in the 52nd minute, then added the second goal in the 56th minute, and completed his hat-trick in the 72nd minute.

Bruno added a fourth goal for Al-Jazira in the 68th minute, sealing the match in the team's favour with a 4-2 result.

With this win, Al-Jazira ended the third round of the group stage with a positive result after having been behind by two goals in the first half.
