Welcome to Riyadaty ("the site" and "the app"), owned and operated by Shard Soft LTD, a company registered under the laws of Syria with its head office in Damascus, Syria. By using the site or the app you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use them.
1. The service
Riyadaty is a digital platform for sports news and results: live scores, fixtures, tables, club and player pages, news, a directory of sports places, comments and predictions.
2. Accuracy of data
Scores, fixtures and statistics come from sports data providers and from our editors and correspondents. We work to keep them accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee they are free of errors or delays. Times are shown in Damascus time.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Give accurate information, protect your sign-in details and do not share them.
- You are responsible for everything posted from your account.
4. What you post
You keep ownership of your comments and reports. By posting them you grant us a non-exclusive, free licence to show them on the site, the app and our channels. Do not post content that is illegal, abusive, inciting, misleading or that infringes others' rights; we may remove any content that breaks these terms.
5. Predictions
Predictions and private leagues are a game for fun only: there is no money and there are no prizes, and they have nothing to do with betting.
6. Prohibited activities
- Using the site or the app for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or to promote betting.
- Sending spam or impersonating others.
- Trying to break into or disrupt the site, or reverse-engineering the app.
- Collecting data with bots or other automated means without our written permission.
7. Intellectual property
All content of the site and the app, including logos, designs, text, images and software, belongs to Shard Soft LTD or its licensors. It may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and the app are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Shard Soft LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from using them or being unable to use them.
10. Ending your account
We may suspend or end any account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the account deletion page.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the new version on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the service means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Syria, and the courts of Damascus have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
